NEW Law January 1, 2019: 12-27-10.4. Affiliated entities sharing single contribution limit. For the purpose of the contribution limits established by §§ 12-27-7, 12-27-8, 12-27-9, and 12-27-10, all committees established, financed, maintained, or controlled by the same person or entity including any parent, subsidiary, branch, division, department, or local unit thereof, are affiliated and share a single contribution limit both with respect to contributions made and contributions received.

ALL COMMITTEES (except County Political and Auxiliary Parties) must FILE the YEAR-END REPORT.
There are NO EXCLUSIONS FOR LEGISLATIVE or STATEWIDE CANDIDATE committees.
You have a report due even if you have not run for office recently or your committee hasn’t
received or expended any funds since the last report filing.
ALL candidate committees must file!

YOU MAY BEGIN SUBMITTING THE YEAR END DISCLOSURE REPORT.
